I am borrowing from the lovely Erin Kenepp's project
365 days of being 30 and am completing a 30 days of 30 art journal. I will create one page each of the first 30 days of being 30. You can see all of the pages
here.
{day 2}
This is not the life I had planned... BUT I like this one better.
Thinking about how I thought my life would be by the time I was 30.
Awesome spread!

What a great idea--a wonderful way to process the feelings that arise at different all ages--and of course, 30 fits nicely into a month. I'm intrigued by your words "this is not the life I planned..."
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies.
ReplyDeleteHannah, I was thinking about how as a little girl I had a plan for my life. And at 30 I imagined myself married, with kids, having a home and being more settled. And then as another layer to that, I was married and went through a divorce 5 years ago, so that was another "plan". So, no, my life has not gone as planned... but I LOVE where it has gone and where I am and who I am now.
I think I started thinking about it when I heard this http://storycorps.org/listen/stories/lillie-love-and-anthony-knight/ a week or so ago...
Kelley, you always inspire us with your journal creativity. Thank you for sharing this and inspiring me today!
